Changing parts (cancel+orders) may in some cases be allowed even after the cancellation deadline.
Currently the orders will be considered, but cancellations won't, if such a date is set in the contribution round.
The safest would be to warn the admin about such canceled but not deactivated parts. If it shouldn't count, they should deactivate it (with a future date).
