C.N.P. specification

I published an initial specification draft for C.N.P. a while ago and wanted to ask if you are interested in contributing to the specification and implementing it in this library.

I would really appreciate some help in improving the specification and it would be really nice if we could have more libraries following it.

Although most of the specification was written a long time ago, I change it dramatically before open source it, so some proofreading would help tremendously from anyone who is fluent in English. I think that you could to the proofreading while you implement the specification in parsecnp library.

Anyone that is fluent in Romanian, could also read the legislation that regulates the C.N.P. and double check that I covered all the aspects correctly.
