Overview

Enabling Helm Chart commonLabels block in order to add labels to all deployed K8S resources by the HelmChart.

Acceptance Criteria

Common labels should apply to all resources.

Reason

Finance tracking, metrics, alert routing, etc. will be possible by adding these set of commonLabels.
