However, while exploring the data from Supplementary Table 4, I noticed something a bit unexpected and wanted to kindly ask for your clarification.
It appears that the fitness and sigma values for three specific assays—BindingPCA SOS1, BindingPCA DARPin K27, and BindingPCA DARPin K55—are exactly identical across all variants in the table.
I plotted a Cross-Assay Epistasis Correlation Matrix. As you can see, the Pearson correlation coefficient between these three assays is exactly 1.00.

I'm not sure if there are some issues with the provided data. If so, could you please provide the correct BindingPCA SOS1, BindingPCA DARPin K27, and BindingPCA DARPin K55 data?
