This has happened a few times but not always while I'm doing the same activity. This time, every time I try to add the plots of the Life Cycle to the report the screen turns grey and while I can move from page to page, I stop being able to actually do much.

in RStudio I see the error: Warning: Error in tibble::rownames_to_column: Column name Year must not be duplicated.
Caused by error in repaired_names():
! Names must be unique.
✖ These names are duplicated:
- "Year" at locations 1 and 3.
not sure if that is related.
