[BUG] Issue with scrobbling to Last.fm

Description

Built-in scrobbler for Last.fm incorrectly records artists with special characters in name, like '&'.

Reproduction steps

1. Connect to Last.fm via built-in scrobbling function
2. Play any song by "King Gizzard & The Lizard Wizard"
3. Check the entry on Last.fm website

Expected Behavior

Song should be recorded with artist "King Gizzard & The Lizard Wizard", but '&' character cuts it off and it's recorded as "King Gizzard".
