updating groups in azure does not work

the reason is that the SDK we're using does not support this operation.

we could do as we did with other operations and implement a custom operation definition, but I believe that at this stage we should just go ahead and switch to the new SDK as started in the PR associated to #22.

so, fixing this issue implies moving all operations to the new SDK first.
