DotSoundBot is source-available, not open source.

This repository is published as an engineering showcase. It is intended
for reading, architecture review, portfolio review, and non-production
evaluation of the Telegram Bot layer.

The private policy package `DotSoundPrivateCore` is intentionally not
included. A public checkout may therefore be incomplete for full local
execution, Docker image builds, or production deployment.

Allowed by default:
- Viewing and reviewing code.
- Local non-production evaluation.

Not allowed without written permission:
- Production deployment.
- Commercial usage.
- SaaS/hosted usage.
- Redistribution.
- Derivative commercial products.
- Integration into third-party products.
