Try to a new user to an existing careteam: The following issues occur
The Careteam update field does not populate the necessary fields - Care Team Name, Active/inactive, List of existing practitioner, Managing organization/team
In rare cases where the information is populated and the practitioner assigned to the careteam are listed - when one adds new practitioner to the list and update, duplicate entries of the already existing practitioner are created. The managing organization is also added as duplicate entry under the participants.
When the fields are not populated, adding just the new practitioner deletes all the previously existing practioners.
4.If the managing organization is left blank, it updates the careteam leaving no managing organization.

Acceptance criteria
All existing details of the CareTeam should be populated when the edit button is selected.
Adding a new practitioner entry to the list of practitioners should just add the new practitioner without duplicating the other practitioners. Existing practitioners should not be lost.
To remove an existing practitioner from the list should entail deleting the practitioner from the list in the edit window
Managing organization should not be duplicated under the CareTeam participants list.
