Verified current main: there is no src/organvm_engine/mcp/ package and no MCP wrapper modules for the five CLIs. Active implementation attempts exist in PR #112 and #99, but both are red/blocked. The ask remains valid: land a green wrapper surface with tests for dispatch/governance/metrics/registry/seed (or the current five-CLI set) before calling this delivered.
