Per-user Email / Panel Notifications

Please add the ability to adjust the notifications per-user instead of globally. It'd be great if people could choose whether or not they actually want a "Server reinstalled" email, or "Server ran out of storage" email, etc.

Also, adding an "Unsubscribe from emails" link in the emails that when pressed will automatically unsubscribe them would be amazing, as some people might want to be notified about install/reinstall of a server, whereas others do not care about being notified in any way or might even see it as spam.

+1 on it. We just need settings in each server for notifications and global settings in user's profile (first apply to the server specifically, second apply to all server of the user)
