Found during the CI/CD audit (#42).
docs/skills/artifacthub-automation.md is honestly marked planned-not-implemented: images carry the io.artifacthub.package.* labels, but there is no artifacthub-repo.yml, no oras push of the ownership metadata, and no API registration in the publish pipeline. So the labels are inert and none of these packages are listed.
Either implement the runbook (register each repo via the API, push artifacthub-repo.yml for the Verified Publisher badge) or decide against ArtifactHub and delete the skill doc. The current half-state is the worst option.
