Add a system view for fine-grained customizing

In Vibe Cody Mode, the user should be able to switch between UI View and System View.

In the System View technical details of all elements on the current page are shown and can be modified.

The System View is for advanced users who want to have a look under the hood and tune the engine to their needs.

It should be mix of direct editing the configuration of an element supported by Vibe Cody prompts.
