[Feature Request] Changing API keys and managing progress.

Hi,.
During the translation, the program interface is completely blocked. This prevents you from changing the API key if the current one is used up. Please unlock the interface and place a progress indicator between the source subtitles window and the completed translation. I suggest using a horizontal bar as the progress indicator. It would also be helpful to have the ability to pause the translation and then resume or cancel it.
