Title: [Feature Request] Dev Module Support + Background Audio

Hey! Love the PDA. Using on ESP32 Dev Module without PSRAM.

Main issues:

1. MP3/WebRadio blocks system until song ends. Can we run it in background task?
2. Add WAV 8-bit mono support. MP3 decoder uses too much RAM for Dev Module.
3. Add "Low RAM Mode" to disable WiFi/screensaver when using Sound apps.

Thanks for the amazing work! This PDA is the best thing for CYD.
