Machine stats doesn't recognize graviton CPU name

This is low priority as machine stats is designed to scan pre-migration infra and you wouldn't expect this to include machines with graviton, but putting this here for the record.

The CPU name is recorded as 'unknown' - meaning the user would need to manually select the CPU while doing instance recommendation.
