Get self monitoring grafana dashboards for older collector versions

  0.8.0
• What OS are you running snmpcollector on?
  docker
• What did you do?
  I'm running an older version of the collector and enabled the self monitoring in the config.
• What was the expected result?
  Take a look on the stored influxdb metrics through grafana
• What happened instead?
  Latest dashboards from the wiki aren't working with < V12.0

Hi everyone,
is there a possibility to get older self monitoring dashboards? The link in the wiki is only working on version SNMPCollector: 0.12.0+
