Supervised CADAM/Fable Sambuca rehearsal: one candidate, task Disabled

Part of #648. Activation gate: the missing CADAM/Fable rehearsal.

Context

Fusion 3/3 and SolidWorks 3/3 supervised connector rehearsals are complete, but no CADAM/Fable rehearsal has passed. The first production packet is instruments/strings/sambuca/images/SambucaPhotobyDonHitchcock_BritishMuseum.jpg with CADAM/Fable image conditioning. Blocked on: credentials story, lock/queue-unblock story, launch-path stories.

Scope

• With Tony supervising and the scheduled task still Disabled, manually invoke one CADAM/Fable image-conditioned candidate for the requeued Sambuca run.
• Enforce the nightly acceptance contract during the run: single-seat lease semantics honored, budget guard checked before dispatch (worst-case paid entrant cost fits remaining nightly budget), transcript redaction active, live drivers inside the workspace-write sandbox.
• Capture: redacted transcript, run id, spend, artifact hashes, failure arrays, and post-run cleanup state (lock released, queue state sane).
• If the run fails, file the defect as its own issue (per the feat(tvo): add advanced Benchy track criteria #459 -> PR pattern) and leave this gate unchecked.

Acceptance criteria

• One supervised CADAM/Fable Sambuca candidate completed end-to-end; evidence bundle posted (redacted).
• Budget guard demonstrably evaluated before dispatch (log line in evidence).
• No secrets or entrant identity leak in any posted artifact.
• Task verified still Disabled after the run.
• Nightly Musical-Instrument CAD Arena #648 activation checkbox "one supervised CADAM/Fable historical-image run" checked.

Execution environment: WINDOWS-GATED (live run on the Windows host, serialized CAD seat) + TONY-GATED (supervision + credentials).
