Gatekeeper failing on a check that wasn't even triggered

I am noticing the merge gatekeeper is failing in PR for a CodeQL check that didnt even run and was not part of the triggered checks.

Is this a known issue? Any ideas on how to fix this?

I suspect that some of these are internal Github checks that don't show up in the UI but are in the Github API that merge-gatekeeper is consuming.
The workaround I've used is to add some of these jobs into a list of ignored jobs in the configs. There's a few others I've seen such as Agent, Upload results, and more. I recommend going to the merge gatekeeper output and compare the list of all the jobs it found vs. the ones you do expect and add the extra ones into the ignore list.
