This folder keeps supporting project notes out of the repository root so the public landing page stays focused on the current product, implementation map, and demo links.

The remaining files are retained as historical planning, audit, handoff, and marketing notes. They are useful for project archaeology, but the current judge-facing sources are the root README.md, the live How It Works page, backend/app/, and hermes/aegis-refine/.
