This project was created as a hands-on Tableau practice dashboard to improve my skills in data visualization, interactivity, and time-series analysis. The dashboard analyzes British Airways customer reviews across multiple dimensions such as: Aircraft type Seat type Traveller type Geography Time (yearly trends)
--Learning Context This was my first end-to-end Tableau dashboard, built by following and practicing along with a YouTube tutorial. I used the same dataset as the tutorial and focused on understanding: Parameter-driven metric selection Time-based aggregation and granularity Dashboard filters and interactivity Combining multiple views into a single dashboard
While the dataset and general structure were inspired by the tutorial, the implementation was done independently as a learning exercise, with adjustments and experimentation during development.
--Tools & Technologies Tableau Public CSV dataset (British Airways reviews)
--Key Features Dynamic metric selection using parameters Interactive filters for aircraft, seat type, and traveller type Aircraft-wise comparison of ratings and review counts Geographic visualization of average service ratings Yearly trend analysis with proper time aggregation
📌 Note
This project is intended for learning and practice purposes and reflects my progress in understanding Tableau fundamentals and dashboard design.
