Drop the apple-mobile-web-app meta tags in index.html and the @supports(-webkit-touch-callout) blocks in pwa.css (Safari bounce fix, 16px input font, .mobile-nav-ios, .fab-nav-offset) along with the now-unused fab-nav-offset class reference.
