End-of-day synchronization after PR #21 merged (RES-4 + MATH-1/5/6/7 + CODE-7 + DOC-2/3). - NEW archive/session_handoffs/SESSION_HANDOFF_2026-07-28.md: full state, RES-4's four findings, the two errors self-caught mid-session (live-vs-frozen detector import; the arm-A-only fidelity check that gave a spurious 967/968), decision ledger, blockers, next actions. - CLAUDE.md: handoff pointer -> 2026-07-28; new bullet recording the open scope decision. - vault Current_Mission / Dashboard / research log: same, with the strategic question recorded as an OPEN QUESTION. Persists the one piece of knowledge that existed only in chat: the end-of-session strategic discussion. Recorded explicitly as DISCUSSED, NOT DECIDED — finish Phase I in ~2 weeks, cut ROADMAP_TO_10 Waves 3 and 6, don't start Phase II on momentum, and reframe the paper around the methodology (INN-1) with the routing result as the case study. The roadmap stands as written until the owner rules; if accepted it becomes DR-005 (DR-004 stays reserved for the Phase-II gate). Verified at close: sealed docs 0 non-branding diff lines vs phase1-prereg-v3; verify_seal() OK; 16 tests pass; no compute running; no TEST artifact touched. Documentation only.
