BLink-seq

The home of BLink-seq technology and our efforts to promote linked-read data

Growing a community of linked-read sequencing users

We see the promise of linked-read technology and want to see it adopted, so we created the non-commercial BLink-seq linked-read chemistry to do that. We also wrote the Harpy, Djinn, and Mimick software to provide platform-agnostic tooling for data processing. We are currently reviving the lariat linked-read aligner as Arachne. We promote collaboration and open conversation regarding leveraging linked-reads to do great science.
