Enhance README and improve Home component layout and styling

This pull request introduces several improvements and refinements to the application's documentation, user interface, and versioning. • The product tour steps have been reordered and clarified for better onboarding, ensuring the title input is introduced at the right moment.

Dependency and metadata updates:

• The UI dependency has changed from shadcn/ui to @base-ui/react (via shadcn) in the documentation.
• The project version has been bumped from 0.1.0 to 1.0.0 in package.json.
