For the preliminary mouse analysis -->

1. Place the data that Cris sent via email (ModelData_070921_J553RT_fm1_dt050_rawWorldCam_4ds.h5) in a folder named data/

2. Create python environment using environment.yml

   conda env create -f environment.yml

3. Open this jupyter notebook --> simple-image-stats-mouse.ipynb
