Feature: add --output and --save-to to all CLI commands

Summary

• Added --output json|csv and --output-file flags to all remaining CLI commands: userrecon, mailfinder, godorker, phoneinfo, dns, whois, subnet, hostfinder, dnsfinder, riplookup
• Added --save-to investigation flag to all commands for persisting results
• Multi-result commands (userrecon, mailfinder, godorker) save all results in batch
• Facebook and tempmail excluded (not yet migrated to BaseProvider)

Test plan

• All existing tests pass
• Backward compatible — commands work without flags as before
