Add Piloting skill for flying entities

[Copilot]

Implements a Piloting skill that allows players to gain experience and receive speed boosts while riding flying entities like ghasts, phantoms, and ender dragons.

Changes

New skill class

• Piloting.java - Movement skill extending AbstractMovementSkill
• Triggers on riding Flying entities (not just ghasts - supports all flying mobs)
• Rewards with Speed III potion effect (30s) at 10% chance based on skill level
• Uses ENTITY_GHAST_AMBIENT sound and custom message

Movement system updates

• Added PILOTING to MovementSkillType enum
• Added piloting distance tracking in AbstractMovementSkill.onMove()
• Tracks movement over 8.0 distance threshold (squared) consistent with Riding/Boating

Configuration

• Added message: "Your flying companion has received a Speed Boost!"
• Registered skill in SimpleSkills.initializeSkills()

Example Usage

// Player rides a ghast, phantom, or ender dragon
if (player.getVehicle() instanceof Flying) {
    // Distance tracked, experience gained
    // 10% chance for Speed III boost on mount
}

Speed III used instead of Speed II (like Riding) since flying mobs are rarer and more challenging to ride.
