Add a new Charts page documenting Journey Paths Analysis as a standalone chart type, update the Charts overview to list it, and remove the now-redundant journey paths description from the Funnel Analysis page in favor of a further reading link.

…entry Simplify the Journey Paths Analysis page into numbered steps, add a customization callout screenshot, and add the missing sidebar nav entry. Remove unused screenshots left over from earlier drafts.
The cross-links to Funnel Analysis and Pathways were carried over from initial drafting but aren't relevant further reading for this page.
Rename sidebar nav entries and page titles for Funnel, Journey Paths, Pathways, Retention, and Analytics to match the exact names and order used in the product's Create New chart menu.
