运行入口依赖源码目录和顶层导入，缺少稳定 console entry point 与包数据声明，wheel 安装后命令提示和资源路径不能可靠工作。
改动
将 core 声明为可安装包，增加
immortal-memoryCLI 和双模式命令提示，打包 JSON、Markdown、YAML 资源，并更新 CI。影响
用户可以从 wheel 安装并直接运行 CLI，生成命令不再绑定本机源码路径。
验证
python3 scripts/private_scan.py .：通过。python3 -m py_compile install.py $(find core scripts -name '*.py')：通过。bash scripts/smoke_test.sh：输出smoke_test=ok。python3 -m unittest tests/test_packaging.py -v：Python 3.12 下 2 项 wheel、隔离安装与 CLI 测试通过。
