Summary

  • Adds a new Cluster RPC (Fabric) page: cross-instance invocation no longer runs over JeroMQ (removed), replaced by a WebSocket-based transport prototype ("Fabric"). Covers current status and what's still ahead of it.
  • Links it from N-Tier Architecture.
  • Calls it out in the 3.9 release notes.

Companion engine PR: NamazuStudios/elements#31

Test plan

  • Followed CLAUDE.md's Gutenberg-block conventions, bare-slug internal links, no em dashes
  • Visual check once synced to the live BetterDocs site (not possible from this repo alone)

Cross-instance cluster RPC no longer runs over JeroMQ. A new
Cluster RPC (Fabric) page covers the current transport-only prototype
status and what's still ahead of it (invocation semantics parity,
Element-registry dispatch, addressing, auth, discovery). Linked from
N-Tier Architecture and called out in the 3.9 release notes.
