Adds the survey_certification_program module to extend Odoo Survey certificates with an optional certification program page.

What this module does

• Adds a new optional page to survey certificates that lists the assessed program content.
• Introduces the survey.certificate.program.line model to store program lines for each survey.
• Extends the Survey form with certification program lines under the Options tab.
• Includes report templates and styling so certificate exports can display program lines.
• Supports both simple and columns certification program report layouts.

Why this is useful

• Provides a structured way to document certification program content on printed certificates.
• Keeps the feature optional, only displaying program details when enabled.
