Phase 3b of productization. The reference demo (apps/demo) and the deployable facilitator (packages/facilitator-web) have moved to ReineiraOS/examples/solutions/x402-insured-settlement, where they consume the published @reineira-os/* packages. Both Vercel projects (x402-demo, x402-facilitator) are already re-pointed to examples and deploying green, so removing them here no longer affects the live URLs.

Changes

  • Delete apps/demo and packages/facilitator-web.
  • Drop the apps/* glob from pnpm-workspace.yaml (no apps remain).
  • Empty the .changeset/config.json ignore list (the two private packages are gone).

x402 is now a packages-only product repo.

Verified locally

pnpm installpnpm -r run build (tsup + forge) → pnpm -r run typecheckpnpm -r run test all green. The 6 published packages (x402, x402-core, x402-shared, x402-contracts, x402-facilitator, rss) are unaffected — demo and facilitator-web were leaf consumers.

The reference demo and the deployable facilitator now live in
ReineiraOS/examples/solutions/x402-insured-settlement, consuming the
published @reineira-os/* packages. Drop the apps/* workspace glob and the
now-empty changeset ignore list. x402 is now a packages-only product repo.
