As requested in #30 (comment) this is the first PR regarding the creation of the pipeline to run and publish the data scrape by the python scripts.
If it's okay, i will wait for this to be reviewed and merged before doing the next PRs (The refactor to use data on Github pages, The manifest V3 changes, (The changes to the Readme that doesn't depend on the refactor))
