What changed

• Expands beef, pork, lamb, and chicken encyclopedia coverage with evidence-aware numeric facts and safety boundaries.
• Replaces the flat knowledge map with a draggable, rotatable, zoomable 3D atlas covering 51 published nodes and 54 sourced relationships.
• Adds semantic list, no-JS, no-WebGL, keyboard, mobile, dark-theme, and reduced-motion fallbacks.
• Adds schemas, deterministic generators, build freshness checks, and a pinned self-hosted 3D runtime with complete third-party license notices.

Why

The encyclopedia needed a clearer modular information architecture, more specific numeric content, equal first-class lamb coverage, and a complete spatial map of the published corpus without introducing a backend or JavaScript framework.

Impact

Readers get a minimalist encyclopedia homepage, explicit evidence boundaries, a seven-stage learning route, and a progressive-enhancement 3D knowledge atlas. Fish and seafood remain out of scope; turkey and duck remain future BTW material.
