Replace the shared iauth-tilded stub with a temporary trusted-U helper for Cloudflare websocket coverage, drop permanent IAuth from docker configs, and give ident-bound registration tests enough time to finish. Co-authored-by: Cursor <cursoragent@cursor.com>
