I’m a Senior Bioinformatician at EMBL-EBI, building open and reproducible tools, workflows and visualisations for large-scale sequencing data. My work focuses on transforming complex biological datasets into accessible knowledge through sustainable research software, automated workflows and interactive scientific visualisation. I am particularly interested in tools that make scientific analysis easier to reproduce, maintain and share. |
