Adds aoscx_aaa_accounting to configure AAA accounting attributes (accounting_mode, interim_update_enable, interim_update_interval, interim_update_onreauth_enable). All fields verified live on a CX6300 (FL.10.17, REST latest): update, idempotency and restore.
