CLI agents can now retrieve genuinely bounded service log snapshots with devservers logs <service>, including optional line limits, ANSI preservation, and machine-readable output.
Service lifecycle results now report the requested target and every service actually affected by dependency cascades; the CLI exposes machine-readable --json output and human-readable cascade summaries.
Pull requests and main-branch pushes now run build, lint, typecheck, and test verification in CI.
Changed
Service state is now daemon-owned and reports starting, running, stopped, exited, or error, retaining exit codes, signals, failed-process logs, and state across daemon restarts instead of inferring errors from selected UI logs.
The UI now uses a compact log-focused layout with a pinned started-services section that can grow to 60% of the viewport height, clearer high-contrast status indicators and working-copy hierarchy, monospace commands and paths, persistent operation notices, cascade confirmations, conflicting-action locks, save-and-restart editing, and a shorter narrow-screen service panel.
The UI, daemon, and CLI have been split into focused modules, the terminal is lazy-loaded, shared API types are reused across packages, and the UI now uses stable React plus the maintained scoped xterm packages.
CLI service registration and removal now use daemon validation and lifecycle behavior instead of editing config independently.
Fixed
Deleting a running service now stops its tmux pane before removing the config entry, preventing orphaned processes.
Background refreshes no longer clear operation errors or repeatedly add duplicate connection failures, and service dialogs keep failures visible in context.
