It seems like the modprobe workaround is not working anymore. On my machine (imx8mp-based), imx8_media_dev is loaded before basler-camera. Haven't looked further into it yet |

I am currently trying to get this running together with gst-plugin-pylon.
Unfortunately, the gst-plugin requires meson >=0.61, which is only available since Yocto's kirkstone release.
As 5.15.5-1.0.0 (latest available on meta-basler-imx8) is not available for kirkstone, I also updated to the latest available NXP kernel. Therefore, I updated to kirkstone-5.15.71-2.2.0 (used manifest).
I re-applied the patches to the newer kernel version (but did not check if they still make sense) and updated two bbappend versions.
So this should actually belong to the branch "kirkstone-5.15.71-2.2.0".
