BSON numeric transforms

I need to cleanup the textfixtures changes. maybe need to rebase the refactor-bson-binary branch.

chore(firestore): enable textFixtures to resolve test utils in AS

Configures Android Grade Plugin `textFixtures` using
`src/testUtil/java`.

This fixes the Android Studio reference errors for
instrumentation tests (e.g. `NumericTransformsTest`) where shared test
util classes were excluded from `androidTest` classpath. I'm not sure
why this was happening.
