Adiciona caso de teste para validar parsing de configuração DAG que utiliza termos armazenados em variáveis do Airflow através do campo 'from_airflow_variable'.
- Adiciona validadores de campo abrangentes no SearchConfig para sources, date, dou_sections, field e pubtype - Cria enum Pubtype com todos os tipos de publicação em search_domains.py - Adiciona cobertura extensiva de testes para validação de domínio (valores válidos/inválidos) Closes #158 @edulauer
- Expande enum Pubtype com todos os tipos de publicação oficiais do DOU - Inclui categorias desde atos administrativos até termos de liberação - Aplica padrão português com primeira letra maiúscula Closes #158
