The ceiling gained a fifth axis and these fifteen operations left it unsaid, which under this framework's doctrine means the maximum rather than the benign reading. With consent about to derive from the ceiling, an unsaid subject would have gated operations nobody ever meant to gate. Seven of the fifteen change nothing, so the axis is not a judgement call for them: the durability level already says nothing happens and the constructor now refuses any other answer. The eight that mutate were classified by four independent judges working blind — no contact with each other and no sight of which operations demand a signature today, because a judge who can see the answer reconstructs it instead of classifying — and they agreed unanimously on every one. Enabling, disabling, registering, installing, updating and removing all change which code this app will run, and the unsafe disable does too by stopping something from booting. Regenerating the lock file rewrites a record of what is installed without changing what loads, so it is data — that one is the interesting call, and it was unanimous. 391 tests green against the new atom. Measured in the greenhouse: decisions/0019.
