Adding SmartQuant to the relevant section — a free AI quant trading learning hub with 180 pages of educational content in 5 languages (ZH/EN/JA/KO/AR). All content is educational with risk disclaimers.

Thanks for the submission. I’m closing this because it does not currently meet the project’s inclusion criteria.

SmartQuant and its domain were created on the same day as this PR, so there is not yet established traction or independent adoption. The site also promotes a forthcoming product/Beta and makes quantitative marketing claims (including 128+ strategies, 9,200+ signal reviews, and a 61.4% average backtest win rate) without reproducible methodology or third-party validation. For a self-submitted or affiliated project, the PR must disclose that relationship and meet the higher bar described in CONTRIBUTING.md.

The patch also breaks the existing Learning Resources heading and does not match the section format. Please feel free to submit again in the future if the project develops meaningful independent adoption or an open-source/reproducible research component, with affiliation clearly disclosed.
