All test annotation fixes, except for powershell

Powershell's unexpected alert was a false positive, since it was flagging parameters from a powershell pipeline, which shouldn't be included in LocalSource.qll, so the change there was excluding PipelineByPropertyNameParameter and PipelineParameter from that classs

The array-flow, hash-flow, and global dataflow tests share their .rb source
files between the precise dataflow library test and the imprecise
type-tracking test. The previous changes edited the shared inline
annotations to silence type-tracking's over-approximated 'Unexpected
result' entries, but this injected new 'Missing result'/'Fixed spurious
result' failures into the precise flagship tests and diverged the test
sources from github/codeql upstream.

Restore these files to their base state so the .rb sources match upstream
and the type-tracking imprecision stays documented in the
type-tracking-*.expected files only.
