SellKit-only documentation split out of the SourceKit rebrand/marketing PR (#30) so SellKit deliverables aren't bundled under a SourceKit marketing package. Contents: user guide, two-page guide, workflow UX writeup (HTML + PDF) and their generator scripts. Guide content contains no SourceKit or AI Fund references.
