Keep add/remove wait messages grammatical for both single and multiple repositories, and cover progress plus no-op output behavior.
Keep installation and shell integration together under a top-level section, with upgrades documented separately.
Assert complete wait messages and keep no-op add/remove paths free of misleading progress output.
