Update to Angular 20

[julianpoemp]

• update to angular 20 incl. running migrations
• updated karma, jasmine and typescript so npm install works without issues.
• changed version to v15.0.0 and changed peer dependencies to angular 20
• npm run test works
• tested the build via npm link in one of my apps
