- Revert default python version from 3.12 to 3.10 - Add retry logic for deadsnakes PPA apt repository - Simplify virtualenv package installation
Skip the dependency pip packages install task when the list is empty.
The onadata main branch requires numpy==2.4.4 which needs Python 3.11+. Set django_python_version to python3.12 in the molecule converge playbook so the test app can install all dependencies.
