I hold a bachelor's degree1 in Systems Engineering and a master's degree2 in Computational Intelligence, both from Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais (UFMG). I am currently pursuing a PhD in Optimization at UFMG, with visiting research experience at the University of Bristol. Alongside my studies, I serve as Associate Director of Artificial Intelligence at BTG Pactual. With over 10 years of research and development experience, my work spans computer vision, data science, machine learning, natural language processing, operations research and optimization. In my free time, I like training Brazilian jiu jitsu, skateboarding, traveling, cooking and enjoying a good cup of coffee. Feel free to get in touch!
